Syprosoft has extensive experience with orthopedic products in all applications areas. Pre-operative products include dynamic measurement of gait, posture and fall risk, and static measurement of bone density and fracture risk. Surgical products include laser discectomy for treating a herniated disk and laser foraminoplasty to remove bone material pressuring a nerve. Also have experience with augmented reality surgical navigation systems to guide hip, knee and shoulder arthroplasties. Post-operative products include smart spinal braces that provide tightness regulation, posture adaptation, compliance tracking, and a graduated treatment regimen. Discectomy & Foraminoplasty Helped design a Holmium:YAG laser used for spinal discectomy and foraminoplasty procedures using thermal and acoustic effects of laser pulses to control treatment effects.
Augmented Reality NavigationPrepared FDA and CE compliant documentation for head-mounted augmented reality surgical navigation system with voice and gaze controls.
