- Syprosoft Engineering has helped its clients develop test protocols, such as the Software Verification Protocol (SVeP). These provide system-level verification of the software, based on the SRS, SDD and risk analysis documents. The parent documents are processed and all of the requirements extracted into the SVeP.
- For each requirement, one or more verification tests are designed. The intent of the tests is to verify that the software performs as specified in the parent documents. For each test, the expected results are listed. The pass criterion is that the actual results when the test is run match the predefined expected results. A sample SVeP page is shown in the figure below.
