Mr. Ghosh has extensive product development experience in the medical devices, electronics and other high-technology industries. He is President of Syprosoft, Inc., which he founded in 2002. Mr. Ghosh has developed a wide variety of medical products and helped obtain regulatory clearance for them. He is also CEO of Hepatiq, Inc. which he co-founded in 2012. HEPATIQ is the first automated image processing software to quantify liver function.
Mr. Ghosh has an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester, and an M.B.A. from Marquette University.

Mr. Bryson is responsible for business development and serves as the Voice of the Client . He is skilled in listening to client needs and ensuring they are addressed. He first joined Syprosoft in 2008.
Mr. Bryson has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.

Mr. Intagliata is responsible for project management and ensuring that project plans are executed well. He also leads the software and firmware team. He is adept at analyzing and finding solutions to complex problems. He has worked for Syprosoft since 2010. Mr. Intagliata has a B.S. in Mathematics from the California State University, Northridge, and a Certificate in Microprocessor Engineering from UCLA Extension.
Voice of Client
Henry Bryson fulfills this very important role at Syprosoft. His time is not billed, but he serves as the voice of the client on a day to day basis. It is one of the reasons for our success in satisfactorily executing client projects.
PROJECT management
Paul Intagliata serves the role of project manager and makes sure that the project team is in sync and on task. This enables us to do what we promised the client and is a reason for our high repeat business and referrals.
START-UP COMPANY ethos
Dipu Ghosh has undertaken the journey many of our entrepreneur clients are embarked on. He co-founded and is CEO of Hepatiq, Inc. - a maker of liver diagnostics software. He contracted Syprosoft to develop the product, secured patents and trademarks, obtained FDA clearance, passed regulatory audits, and is now generating revenues.
